Blanford — Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
1. RETURNS
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In its original condition
- Packed with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact
Important
- Any issues related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange for the following reasons:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered
If the required size or product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit of the same value.
3. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Reverse Pickup Fee
- A reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 will be charged.
- This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
